You must have at least a credit each in at least 5 subjects in your Senior School Certificate Examination including: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics
Possess the West African Certificate/GCE/NECO or their equivalent with Credits in five (5) subjects at one or two sittings including English and Mathematics, and with all the Science subjects viz; Biology, Chemistry and Physics
Be a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
Have at least 1-2years post-qualification experience in the Clinical Area.

Community Health Extension Worker with 5 years experience experience must possess the West African Certificate/GCE/NECO or their equivalent with Credits in five (5) subjects at one or two sittings including English and Mathematics,and Biology/Health Science
Applicants must be registered and possess a valid practice license
CHEW with Abridgement Course Certificate is an advantage.
Have at least 1-2years post-qualification experience in the Clinical Area.

You must be a registered nurse with practicing license.
You must have at least a credit each in at least 5 subjects in your Senior School Certificate Examination including: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two sittings.
You must be a registered nurse (RN) with a current license.
Hold the West African School Certificate or General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level with credits in: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Hold the West African School Certificate or General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level with credits in: English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry or Physics and any other subject.
Possession of the National Certificate in Health Information Management in addition to the above will an advantage.
Candidates will also undergo competitive entrance examination in the following subjects: English Language, Mathematics and General Paper. The examination will be based on the SSCE/GCE syllabus.
